  3. Order Errors or Defects: In the event that we make an error with your custom shirt order or if you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  4. Size and Fit: We provide detailed size charts to help you choose the correct size for your custom shirt. It is important to review the size chart and select the appropriate size before placing your order. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for sizing issues as the product is made specifically for you based on the size selected.

  5. Design Approval: By placing an order, you confirm that the artwork, design, and specifications you submitted are final and approved for production. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all design details carefully before checkout, including spelling, layout, sizing, and colors. Once an order is placed, the design is considered approved as submitted. No changes can be made after submission, and we do not offer refunds, reprints, or credits for any design-related issues resulting from the artwork or specifications provided by the customer.
